Skin overview

Crazy 8 is built on contrast: a saturated purple barrel up front, a dark steel cylinder in the middle and a worn-looking wooden grip with a large 8. In Field-Tested the violet starts to break at the edges of the barrel and rail, while the overall colour split still reads clearly in game. The painted grip suits this grade, since it already looks used by design.

Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The barrel and the front of the frame are painted violet with blue and pink shifts, with small black marks such as crosses drawn over the paint. The top rail, cylinder and trigger guard stay dark gunmetal, and the cylinder carries light chevron markings between the flutes.

Wear spreads along the barrel edges, the muzzle and the rail, with bare metal showing through the violet in places. The chevrons on the cylinder start to thin, and the 8 on the grip may show light scuffs. In game the purple front and dark middle still read clearly. The flat sides of the barrel and most of the grip artwork stay in good shape.
