Skin overview

Monarch is built on contrast between pale paint, orange shapes and brass controls. At Well-Worn much of the light paint on raised parts is rubbed away, so the revolver looks greyer and more metallic. The brass cylinder and the dark grip remain the clearest landmarks of the design.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The barrel and frame are covered in a pale cream and light grey finish with orange angular panels that run along the barrel shroud and around the cylinder window. The cylinder, hammer and trigger have a warm brass finish, while the top rail and under-barrel accessory stay black.

Wear spreads from the edges onto the barrel shroud and the trigger guard, and the orange panels lose parts of their shapes. The brass looks noticeably dulled and marked. In game the revolver appears greyer, with the orange less prominent. The central frame surfaces and the rubber grip still look comparatively clean.

Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir R8 Revolver | Monarch is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Spy Tech Collection with 17 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Orange, gold and brass-toned stickers echo the cylinder and the accent panels. Cream, white or muted grey designs blend with the pale frame, while one dark sticker near the grip can add contrast.

What to check before buying

  • Check the float position within the wear grade, since the light paint shows chips clearly.
  • Look at the muzzle, barrel top and frame corners, where wear appears first.
  • Inspect the brass cylinder for dulling and scratches on its ridges.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, especially on souvenir copies.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Budget buyers who still want the brass and orange recognisable.
  • Players who prefer a greyer, more metallic revolver.
  • Conclusion: an affordable option with visible character.
