Skin overview

Origami turns the Sawed-Off into a patchwork of amber and yellow facets, recognisable even from a distance by its warm orange tone. In Field-Tested the colour blocks still hold together, though edges of the pump and the top of the receiver start to show lighter scuffs. The overall shape of the motif survives, so the skin keeps its character at a lower entry point.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver is filled with sharp triangular shards in orange, amber and bright yellow, with a few darker flecks near its rear end that add depth to the folded-paper effect. The pump carries a solid orange base with a single yellow facet, while the double barrels stay in dark gunmetal.

Scuffs become visible on the pump edges and the upper receiver, where lighter patches break into the orange facets. Some of the thinner yellow shards lose their outlines. In game the warm colour scheme is still clear, and the wear shows mainly when you look closely in inspect. The centre of the receiver pattern and most of the stock still hold up.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir Sawed-Off | Origami is 0–0.55; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (42% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in gold, yellow, orange or black sit well on the warm facets and the dark barrels. Holo and gold stickers on the receiver echo the shard pattern, while a single dark sticker on the barrel side gives a clean contrast.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies at the clean end look sharper on the pump edges.
• Look at the edge of the pump and the top of the receiver in inspect, as these areas wear first.
• Compare screenshots, because the placement of the facets and darker flecks on the receiver can differ between copies.
• Note any applied stickers or name tag, and decide whether they fit the orange scheme or need removing.
