Skin overview

This SCAR-20 skin is defined by its grey, slightly industrial mottling rather than any bright motif. In Field-Tested the spray coat starts to thin on the edges of the rail and receiver, which fits the worn-metal theme of the name. The rifle still reads as a uniform grey weapon at normal distance.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver and the long railed handguard are covered in a mottled grayscale pattern, with light grey patches over darker grey that give a dull galvanised look. The barrel and muzzle device stay dark, and the scope is finished in a deep grey that matches the body.

Wear spreads along the edges of the rail, handguard ribs and the corners of the stock. Small scraped spots can appear on the receiver near the top. In game the rifle still reads as grey, with a slightly rougher texture. The magazine sides and the flat parts of the receiver mostly stay clean.
