Skin overview

In Battle-Scarred the yellow hydrographic of Big Iron is heavily worn, with large areas of bare dark metal on the edges and contact surfaces. The colour scheme and the line pattern are still recognisable on the flatter panels of the receiver and stock. This is the most distressed version of an already distressed finish.

Item type: sniper rifle. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The receiver and handguard are painted bright yellow with orange shading and covered in thin dark lines that form angular panels and circuit-like strips, with dark lettering-style markings on the side of the handguard. The barrel stays black, with orange touches towards the muzzle, while the scope, pistol grip and cheek rest remain dark and frame the colour.

Large parts of the handguard, receiver top, magazine and stock edges are worn down to dark metal. The line pattern breaks up where the paint is gone. In game the rifle looks dark with yellow and orange patches rather than fully yellow. Remaining colour sits mainly on the flatter side panels of the receiver and stock.
