Skin overview

Death's Head is an orange-and-black hawkmoth design on a dark brown base, and this skin's float range ends before the heaviest possible damage. In Battle-Scarred the copy shows the most chipping the finish can reach, mainly on protruding parts, while the striped grip and stock keep much of their colour. It is the cheapest way to own the pattern with a distinctly battered look.

Item type: sniper rifle. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The grip, cheek rest and butt carry the main motif: bright orange bands separated by black stripes, imitating the wing pattern of a death's-head hawkmoth. The receiver and handguard are painted in a tan and olive tone with dark brown spots, while orange accents edge the area around the trigger guard and stock frame.

Chipping covers the muzzle, barrel and protruding parts of the receiver and handguard most heavily. The grip and stock edges are worn, and the orange looks patchy around the corners. Because the float range stops early, the damage is milder than on skins that go all the way, and the stripes stay readable in game. The flat faces of the stock still hold a good share of the pattern.
