Skin overview

The finish pairs a dark barrel with a blue-green halftone body, so even worn copies keep their colour identity. Well-Worn shows clear paint loss on edges and raised parts, while the swirl pattern on flat surfaces remains readable.

Item type: sniper rifle. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The barrel, muzzle brake and bipod stay dark gunmetal, giving the rifle a neutral front end. The receiver and slotted handguard carry dark grey and steel-blue tones with the halftone texture running across them.

Paint loss is clearly visible on the handguard edges, scope rings, grip and cheek rest. The swirl pattern breaks up along these areas, and dark metal shows through. In game the colours look duller but the blue-green identity holds. Flat surfaces in the middle of the stock still carry the pattern.

Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir SSG 08 | Halftone Whorl is 0–0.5; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (14% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir SSG 08 | Halftone Whorl belongs to The Graphic Design Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in teal, blue, green or silver blend with the halftone swirls. Matte or holo stickers in cool tones work well on the handguard, while a single contrasting accent near the receiver can stand out against the muted palette.
