Souvenir SSG 08 | Memorial (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

Memorial is recognisable by its off-white concrete tone and the bronze engraved plates that break up the receiver and stock. In Field-Tested the pale paint starts to show scuffs along edges and raised parts, which suits the weathered monument theme. The bronze panels still read clearly at normal distance.

Item type: sniper rifle. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver and handguard are covered in an off-white, slightly mottled finish that imitates concrete, with dark cut-outs along the handguard left visible. Bronze panels with engraved relief sit on the side of the receiver around the magazine area and on the stock, giving the rifle its warm accent.

Scratches become visible along the receiver edges, the top rail, the scope rings and the stock outline. The pale surfaces pick up light grime, and the bronze panels show wear at their borders. In game the rifle reads as used but tidy. The centres of the bronze engravings and most of the handguard remain clear.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Bronze, gold, brown and muted grey stickers match the engraved panels and concrete tone. Holo or gold stickers in warm shades work well on the pale receiver, while bright neon colours tend to clash with the restrained palette.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the pale finish shows each step of wear clearly.
• Look at the receiver edges, scope rings and grip, as these parts lose paint first.
• Make sure the bronze engraved panels on the receiver and stock are intact on the copy you choose.
• Check applied stickers and a name tag, and whether you want the StatTrak™ version.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

• Players who want a used but tidy rifle for everyday matches.
• Fans of the weathered monument theme who still want readable engravings.
• A practical middle option for regular play.
