Souvenir UMP-45 | Caramel (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

This UMP-45 combines a charcoal body with caramel accents on the top rail, the handguard rail and the stock. At Minimal Wear the scheme looks the same as a fresh copy from normal viewing distance. Any marks are small and sit on the sharpest edges, which makes this grade a practical alternative to Factory New.

Item type: smg. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver, barrel shroud, magazine, pistol grip and vertical foregrip are painted a solid dark grey with a slightly matte look. The top Picatinny rail, the side rail section on the handguard and the whole folding skeleton stock are a solid caramel orange.

Tiny chips may appear on the tips of the rail teeth and the corners of the stock frame. The grey receiver and magazine still look clean. At normal distance in game the difference from Factory New is practically invisible. Low-float copies here are hard to tell apart from the grade above.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir UMP-45 | Caramel is 0.06–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (11% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Assault Collection with 7 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in orange, gold, black or white repeat the two-tone scheme and sit well on the dark grey receiver. A single bright orange sticker on the receiver links the body to the caramel stock and rails. Busy multicoloured stickers tend to break the clean look of the finish.

What to look at before you buy

• Look at the float within the chosen wear, since orange parts show chips much more clearly than the grey body.
• Check the rail teeth and the stock frame in the inspect view, as these lose paint first.
• The finish has no pattern, so the pattern index does not change the look.
• Souvenir copies come with fixed stickers, so check whether they suit you before buying.
