UMP-45 | Crimson Foil is a Gunsmith finish that splits the SMG into deep metallic red and bright silver blocks. In Factory New the red keeps an even, glossy sheen and the chrome on the front end and magazine reflects cleanly. It is the grade where the contrast between the two colours is sharpest.

Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Appearance in Factory New

The upper receiver and handguard are covered in a deep metallic crimson that has a slight foil-like sheen. The front end around the barrel, the top rail and the side rails are finished in bright chrome, and the long magazine is polished silver with dark accents.

The crimson coat is even across the receiver and handguard, with no visible scuffs. The chrome on the front end, rails and magazine is bright and uniform. In game the red and silver blocks look crisp and clean from any angle. Every part of the gun reads as untouched.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir UMP-45 | Crimson Foil is 0–0.68; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (10% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir UMP-45 | Crimson Foil belongs to The Sport & Field Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Red, silver, gold and holo stickers fit the metallic colour blocking, especially when placed on the crimson receiver. Black or dark grey stickers work well on the lower receiver to keep the red and silver contrast clean.
