Show allAllSkin overview
This UMP-45 finish is built on blocks of crimson and silver rather than a detailed pattern, so it survives heavier wear without losing its identity. In Well-Worn the red is rubbed through in noticeable patches and the chrome loses much of its shine. The result is a rougher, darker take on the same scheme.
Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The upper receiver and handguard are covered in a deep metallic crimson that has a slight foil-like sheen. The front end around the barrel, the top rail and the side rails are finished in bright chrome, and the long magazine is polished silver with dark accents.
The red is rubbed through in larger patches on the top of the receiver, the handguard and the grip. The magazine and rails show clear scratches and the chrome loses much of its reflection. At normal distance the gun reads darker and more weathered, though the colour blocks remain recognisable. Recessed areas and the centres of flat panels hold the paint best.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir UMP-45 | Crimson Foil is 0–0.68; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (10% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Sport & Field Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Red, silver, gold and holo stickers fit the metallic colour blocking, especially when placed on the crimson receiver. Black or dark grey stickers work well on the lower receiver to keep the red and silver contrast clean.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within its wear grade, since a low float in a grade keeps the receiver edges and rails cleaner.
- Inspect the magazine corners and rail tops, as these show wear first on this finish.
- Look at the pistol grip, because rubbed red there is visible on the viewmodel.
- On Souvenir copies, review the applied stickers and how they sit against the red and silver blocks.
Who the Well-Worn quality suits
- Budget buyers who want the colour scheme at a lower cost.
- Players who prefer a darker, weathered finish.
- An affordable way to get the look with visible character.
