Skin overview

UMP-45 | Plastique is recognised by its green board, the red, blue and purple wire bundle near the front and the keypad above the trigger. In Field-Tested the green still dominates, while the edges of the receiver and magazine start to show grey metal. From normal playing distance the theme reads without trouble.

Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver is the focus: its sides are painted as a green printed circuit board with traces, small chips and a number pad above the trigger, plus a dark display panel near the top. Red, blue and purple wires run across the front of the receiver towards the barrel, and a striped wire bundle sits near the rear.

Grey metal shows along the top edges and the front of the receiver, and the magazine edges become noticeably scuffed. The wire bundle near the barrel starts to break up into separate strokes. The centre of the green board and the keypad still look mostly clean. At normal distance the circuit theme is clear, with wear visible mainly in first-person view.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir UMP-45 | Plastique is 0–0.8; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (29% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The CS20 Collection with 17 skins in total.

It drops from CS20 Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Green, black and silver stickers blend with the circuit board, while small red or blue accents echo the wires. Placements on the plain grey stock or the dark magazine keep the receiver artwork uncluttered.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the wire bundle near the barrel shows wear early.
  • Look at the front of the receiver and the magazine edges on inspect screenshots, as these lose paint first.
  • Make sure the keypad and the display area are still readable if those details matter to you.
  • Review any applied stickers and name tag, because they change the look of a busy receiver.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want the green circuit theme clearly visible in matches.
  • Buyers looking for a balance between condition and cost.
  • Conclusion: a sensible middle option for everyday use.
