Show allAllSkin overview
Ziggy in Battle-Scarred keeps only part of its chartreuse and purple pattern, with large areas of bare silver metal breaking through. The result looks rough and scuffed rather than glossy. It is the cheapest entry into this design for players who like a heavily used look.
Item type: shotgun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The barrel and the magazine tube under it carry flowing chartreuse and purple swirls with silver accents, and the colours shift along the length of the weapon. The receiver repeats the pattern in broader bands of green and violet.
Much of the paint on the barrel, magazine tube and receiver is worn away, leaving broad silver patches. The colours survive mainly in recessed areas. In game the weapon looks rough and noticeably faded. The forend, grip and stock carry heavy scuffs.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.72
The float of Souvenir XM1014 | Ziggy ranges from 0 to 0.72; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.72 — 37% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir XM1014 | Ziggy belongs to The Spectrum 2 Collection, which holds 17 skins.
It drops from Spectrum 2 Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in purple, lime green or holographic tones match the acid palette of the pattern. Placing them on the receiver keeps them near the strongest colour bands, while silver or dark stickers give a calmer contrast.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since thinning on the muzzle and receiver grows quickly in the worn grades.
- Look at the pattern placement, because the randomized colours make some copies greener and others more purple.
- Inspect the muzzle, barrel top and receiver rail, as these parts lose paint first.
- Check for applied stickers and a name tag, and whether their colours fit the green and purple scheme.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
