Skin overview

The skin wraps the XM1014 in a muted sandy camo with orange and brown patches, closer to a dry landscape than to a bright artwork. At Minimal Wear the finish looks practically whole, with only faint marks that are hard to spot without zooming in. For most buyers it reads the same as the top grade in game.

Item type: shotgun. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The barrel, the tube magazine and the skeletal stock are covered in a sand-coloured base with irregular cream, rust-orange and brown blotches, each patch edged with a thin dark line. The ribbed forend and the receiver carry larger orange-red patches that stand out against the lighter camo.

Tiny specks may appear on the muzzle edge and the forend ribs. The rest of the barrel, receiver, grip and stock stay intact. In game these marks are practically invisible, so the skin reads as clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The float of XM1014 | CaliCamo ranges from 0 to 0.6; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 13% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in warm sand, brown, orange or gold tones blend with the desert camo, while dark or olive stickers add contrast without clashing. The receiver side above the grip is the most visible spot for a single accent.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits inside the chosen wear, since the lower end keeps the muzzle and forend ribs noticeably cleaner.
  • Look at the muzzle, the forend ribs and the top rail in the inspect view, as these parts lose the print first.
  • Souvenir copies come with fixed stickers, so make sure their look and condition suit you.
  • Note any name tag or applied stickers, since they change how the listing reads in inventory.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

  • Players who want a clean-looking shotgun without paying for the top grade.
  • Crafters for whom tiny specks on the muzzle do not matter.
  • A sensible near-clean option.
