Show allAllSkin overview
The skin is recognisable by its tan Magna Carta script and crests laid over a dark brown-olive base, with the pump and stock left in plain dark tones. A Well-Worn copy has noticeably faded text on the barrel and receiver edges, giving the shotgun a weathered, archival feel. It keeps the theme readable at a distance while looking clearly used.
Item type: shotgun. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The barrel and the magazine tube beneath it are fully covered with a dark olive-brown base carrying tan crests, flourishes and lines of handwritten text. The same pattern continues across the side and top of the receiver, while the ribbed pump handguard stays a plain dark grey-brown.
The muzzle and barrel edges have lost much of the tan print, and the receiver rail looks heavily scuffed. Wear spreads onto the raised parts of the magazine tube, breaking up the crests. In game the weapon reads as a darker, faded shotgun with the text theme still recognisable. The middle of the receiver sides holds the clearest remaining lettering.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The float of XM1014 | Charter ranges from 0 to 0.65; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 11% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
XM1014 | Charter belongs to The Control Collection, which holds 19 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version
There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in tan, gold, brown or muted red match the parchment-and-ink theme of the pattern. Placing them on the plain pump handguard or the receiver side keeps the barrel script uncovered.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in a worn grade keeps noticeably more script on the barrel.
- Inspect the muzzle and the receiver rail first, as these parts lose the tan print earliest.
- If you consider a Souvenir copy, look at which stickers it carries and how they sit on the receiver.
- Look at the name tag and any applied stickers, because they change how the calm document pattern reads.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who still want the theme recognisable from a distance.
- Players who like a weathered, archival look on their weapon.
- Conclusion: an inexpensive option with character.
