The double-edged blade is painted in deep red with a black spider web hydrographic running across both faces, finished with a semi-gloss topcoat. The red paint covers the blade, ring and pommel without gaps. Web lines are crisp and dark, and the semi-gloss topcoat gives an even sheen. At normal distance in game the knife reads as a solid red blade with a clear black web. Nothing on the visible parts shows bare metal.
