Show allAllSkin overview
This Survival Knife wears a muted desert camouflage: dusty khaki and grey-green fields under a fine dark net. At Minimal Wear the paint still covers the blade and handle almost completely, and any marks are limited to thin edges that are hard to spot without zooming in. It gives nearly the same picture as the cleanest grade at a more modest level of the range.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The whole knife is covered in a spray-painted camouflage of sand, light khaki and greyish olive, with a darker net pattern laid over it through mesh fencing and cardboard stencils. On the blade the tones shift softly from grey-green near the tip to warmer sand toward the guard, and the net runs across the flat and around the long slot.
Small specks of paint loss may appear on the tip, the cutting edge and the points of the serrations. The flat of the blade, the slot surround and the handle panels remain fully painted. At normal viewing distance the knife looks practically identical to Factory New. Only close inspection reveals the first thin lines of bare steel.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of ★ StatTrak™ Survival Knife | Safari Mesh ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 11% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

StatTrak™ version
This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter. Right now the StatTrak™ version is 29% dearer than the regular one.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the chosen wear, since a low value keeps the edge and serrations noticeably cleaner.
- Inspect the cutting edge, the serrations and the gut hook first, because these parts lose paint before anything else.
- Pattern placement shifts the mesh slightly from copy to copy but rarely changes the overall look, so focus on wear rather than seed.
- Knives cannot carry stickers, so only a name tag and the StatTrak™ counter can set one copy apart from another.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want an almost clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Buyers who rarely zoom in and judge the knife at normal distance.
- Conclusion: a sensible balance between condition and spending.
