Skin overview

The finish is a stencilled spray-paint camouflage in desert tones over a heavy-duty survival knife. At Well-Worn much of the edge area and the raised parts of the handle show metal and base material, so the knife looks like a tool that has seen real use. The mesh remains visible on the flat of the blade, which keeps the skin recognisable.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The whole knife is covered in a spray-painted camouflage of sand, light khaki and greyish olive, with a darker net pattern laid over it through mesh fencing and cardboard stencils. On the blade the tones shift softly from grey-green near the tip to warmer sand toward the guard, and the net runs across the flat and around the long slot.

Wide bands of bare steel run along the edge, the tip and the spine section, and the gut hook is largely stripped. The handle ridges and the areas around the hex nuts show clear wear. In game the knife looks partly metallic with camouflage concentrated in the middle of the blade. The net pattern on the blade flat and the recessed handle panels is still readable.

StatTrak™ version

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the chosen wear, since a low value keeps the edge and serrations noticeably cleaner.
  • Inspect the cutting edge, the serrations and the gut hook first, because these parts lose paint before anything else.
  • Pattern placement shifts the mesh slightly from copy to copy but rarely changes the overall look, so focus on wear rather than seed.
  • Knives cannot carry stickers, so only a name tag and the StatTrak™ counter can set one copy apart from another.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Buyers looking for an affordable way to own this knife model.
  • Players who enjoy the contrast of bare steel against desert camouflage.
  • Conclusion: a budget option that still keeps the pattern recognisable.
