This Survival Knife carries the Crimson Web finish: black web lines laid over a red base on a blade with a gut hook, a long cutout and a serrated section. Minimal Wear keeps the red bold and the web legible, with only tiny marks near the tip and edges that are hard to spot in hand. It gives nearly the same look as the cleanest grade for a more sensible outlay.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The whole blade, from the angled tip to the guard, is painted red with a black spider web pattern spread unevenly across both the flat and the spine. The gut hook, the long slot cutout and the jimping near the guard are coated in the same red, while the serrated teeth show bright bare metal.
Minimal Wear adds a few tiny scuffs, mostly at the very tip and along the cutting edge. The web pattern and the red base remain intact across the flat of the blade and around the cutout. At normal viewing distance it is very hard to tell apart from Factory New. Only on close inspection do the small light marks become noticeable.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of ★ Survival Knife | Crimson Web is 0.06–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (11% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

What to look at before you buy
- Look at how the web lines fall on the visible side of the blade, since pattern placement varies between copies.
- Check the tip, cutting edge and gut hook first, as these parts lose paint before the rest of the blade.
- Compare the float position within the wear grade, because a low float in Field-Tested or Well-Worn looks noticeably cleaner.
- Decide whether you want the StatTrak™ version or a name tag, as both are offered on this knife.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Buyers who accept tiny marks at the tip that are not seen in game.
- A balanced option between look and cost.
