Show allAllSkin overview
The Safari Mesh finish on this ★ Talon Knife is a plain spray-painted camouflage, which makes heavier wear look natural rather than broken. In Well-Worn bare steel shows clearly along the cutting edge, the spine teeth and the tip, while the mesh on the flat of the blade and the grip gets patchier. The result reads as a used, working knife.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The whole knife is painted in an olive, khaki and grey-green palette with a fine net pattern sprayed over it and soft darker blotches on top. The curved blade carries darker mottling along the spine, a row of serrated teeth near the base and three round holes, while the cutting edge shows a lighter steel band.
Bare steel is clearly visible along the edge, tip, spine and teeth, and patches begin to open on the flat of the blade. The finger ring and the grip edges show noticeable rubbing. In game the knife reads as worn camouflage with metal showing through. The centre of the grip keeps most of its olive mesh.

What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the grade, since cleaner values keep more paint on the edge and teeth.
- Look at the cutting edge, tip and finger ring first, as these lose paint before the rest of the knife.
- Compare the blade flat on inspect screenshots, because worn copies differ in how much of the mesh survives there.
- Decide whether you need the StatTrak™ version, which exists for this knife.
