Skin overview

AUG | Signal Scanner is a quiet, mostly dark finish: a matte black base with small multicolored marks and thin technical lines along the body. In Factory New the black stays even and the small colored accents are sharp, so the signal-themed details read clearly up close. This is the grade for buyers who want the design exactly as intended.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver and stock are covered in matte black paint with thin engraved-looking lines that resemble circuitry. On the side of the body sit small colored details: a green marking near the top and a circular emblem on the stock, with a faint purple sheen along the upper receiver. The grip and magazine stay in a light grey textured tone, and the barrel and scope remain dark and plain. On worn copies the small colored marks fade first, followed by the edges of the stock, the top of the receiver and the front of the body near the barrel.

The matte black is uniform across the receiver and stock with no visible scratches. The colored marks and the thin line pattern are crisp. In game the rifle looks dark and tidy, with the small accents catching the eye in the first-person view. Everything on the weapon reads clean.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The float of AUG | Signal Scanner ranges from 0 to 1; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 7% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
