Skin overview

This Restricted M249 finish is built around a carved green relief that recalls a relic pulled from jungle ruins, set against a dark barrel and a pale green box magazine. At Minimal Wear the pattern reads the same as a fresh copy in normal play, with only faint marks on close inspection. It keeps the clean look at a lower grade.

Item type: machinegun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver and top cover carry a dense olive and moss-green relief in the style of carved stone, with a large glyph mask on the side of the receiver. The handguard and stock continue the same carved bands, while the barrel, sights and bipod area stay dark gunmetal.

Light marks may appear on the very edges of the top cover and the magazine corners. These are hard to spot without zooming in on the inspect screen. At normal distance in game the skin looks identical to a fresh copy. The carved pattern and the mask stay clean.
