Skin overview

The skin pairs a saturated teal anodized body with light diagonal ripples that give the MAC-10 a polished-stone look. Minimal Wear keeps that look almost intact: any marks are tiny and sit on the sharpest edges, invisible in normal play. It gives nearly the Factory New impression at a lower grade.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver is fully coated in a metallic teal anodized paint, with lighter diagonal waves dragged across it in a comb pattern that runs over the top and sides. The barrel tip stays black, while the grip, magazine, trigger guard and folding wire stock remain in plain grey metal, which makes the teal body stand out.

Small specks may appear on the front edge of the receiver near the barrel and on the top edges. They are only visible on close inspection and do not touch the flat sides. At normal distance the gun looks the same as Factory New. The pattern and colour depth are unchanged.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The float of MAC-10 | Malachite ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 16% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Stickers and crafts

Holo or foil stickers in silver, white or teal tones blend with the metallic finish, while gold or black stickers give a clear contrast. Placing them on the side of the receiver keeps them on the most visible teal surface.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the front and top edges of the receiver, since they lose paint first.
• Compare the float position within the grade, as low-float Field-Tested copies can look close to Minimal Wear.
• The pattern is a uniform comb wave, so placement differences are minor and should not cost extra.
• Look at applied stickers and the name tag, as they change the look of the bright teal body.
