Skin overview

Battle-Scarred leaves the metal heavily scuffed, with large grey areas between the remaining blue and gold tones. The wooden parts keep the rifle recognisable while the coloured surface reads as rough and weathered. It is the most affordable way to own this finish.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The receiver, dust cover, barrel, gas tube and magazine are covered in a patina finish that imitates colour case-hardening: irregular patches of deep blue, violet and golden bronze blend into each other. The handguard, pistol grip and stock stay wooden, with a reddish-orange grain that contrasts with the cool metal tones.

Large areas of grey steel cover the magazine, barrel and receiver, leaving only fragments of the coloured patina. Scratches run across the whole metal surface. In game the rifle looks rough and weathered. The wooden parts remain the most intact part of the weapon.
