Skin overview

AK-47 | Case Hardened covers the metal parts of the rifle in a heat-treated finish of blue, violet and gold patches, while the wooden furniture keeps its warm reddish grain. In Factory New the colour layer is complete, so the transitions between the patches stay sharp and saturated. This is the grade for buyers who want to see the pattern exactly as it was generated.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver, dust cover, barrel, gas tube and magazine are covered in a patina finish that imitates colour case-hardening: irregular patches of deep blue, violet and golden bronze blend into each other. The handguard, pistol grip and stock stay wooden, with a reddish-orange grain that contrasts with the cool metal tones.

The colour layer on the metal is intact, with no exposed steel on the edges. Blue, violet and gold transitions look crisp and saturated across the receiver and magazine. The wooden parts show a clean, even grain. In game the rifle reads as bright and polished.
