Skin overview

Midnight Laminate relies on a plain contrast between purple and blue rather than on a pattern, which makes small flaws hard to spot. In Minimal Wear any marks are limited to tiny scuffs on edges and are rarely noticeable in first-person view. The rifle reads as clean in game while usually costing less than the top grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver, dust cover, magazine and gas tube are coated in an iridescent purple that shifts towards violet and blue as the light changes. The buttstock, pistol grip and lower handguard carry a teal-blue finish with a visible layered grain, so the wooden parts look like dyed laminate.

Small scuffs may appear on the bottom edge of the magazine and near the muzzle end. They are faint and usually only visible on inspection. At normal distance the rifle reads the same as a Factory New copy. The stock, grip and receiver surfaces remain clean.

Holo and foil stickers in purple, blue or silver match the iridescent receiver and the teal furniture. Placing them on the receiver above the magazine keeps them on the purple area, where they stay visible in first-person view. Warm reds and oranges clash with the cool palette and are best avoided.
