Skin overview

Syd Mead keeps its red and grey colour scheme even in the most worn grade, though the fine detailing suffers most here. In Battle-Scarred large parts of the edges, barrel and magazine are stripped to metal and the small accents become patchy. It is the cheapest way to carry this artist design, suited to those who like a heavily used look.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The receiver and stock are covered in deep red paint broken up by dark grey panels, thin engraved-looking lines and small yellow and green accents along the side. The barrel is mostly gunmetal with red sections and a dark muzzle, while the scope stays in neutral grey.

Large areas of the barrel, magazine and body edges are stripped to metal, and the red base plate of the magazine is heavily chipped. Much of the fine line work and small accents are lost or fragmented. In game the rifle reads as red and grey with a rough, battered surface. Only the central parts of the receiver and stock keep solid red paint.
