Skin overview

Syd Mead dresses the AUG in red and dark grey with yellow and green highlights, so the rifle reads as a sleek sci-fi design even from a distance. In Field-Tested the red starts to break up on edges and protruding parts, revealing the metal beneath while the main red mass stays intact. For many players this is the balanced choice between appearance and cost.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver and stock are covered in deep red paint broken up by dark grey panels, thin engraved-looking lines and small yellow and green accents along the side. The barrel is mostly gunmetal with red sections and a dark muzzle, while the scope stays in neutral grey.

Bare metal shows along the edges of the receiver, around the muzzle, on the magazine ribs and on protruding mounts. The large red areas of the body and stock are still mostly intact, though some small accents begin to thin. In game the rifle keeps its red-and-grey character, with wear visible mainly when inspecting. Lower-float copies look noticeably cleaner than those near the upper end.
