Souvenir Desert Eagle | Directive (Factory New)

Skin overview

Desert Eagle | Directive is a dark, technical finish with deep teal panels set into a black slide and a black grip marked with round emblems. In Factory New the panel lines stay sharp, and the light gradient across the slide reads cleanly against the dark metal. The skin's range does not start at the very lowest float, so this is the cleanest condition available rather than a perfectly zero copy.

Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Factory New

The slide is dark gunmetal covered with dense horizontal grooves and inset panels tinted deep teal, with a light gradient highlight across its middle and a small red detail near the rear sight. The barrel area and the rail under the slide stay black, keeping the look restrained.

The slide grooves, teal panels and grip emblems are all crisp. Edges keep their dark coating with no visible lighter metal. In game the gradient on the slide and the red accent read clearly. Everything on the weapon looks clean.

Factory New quality — float range 0.06–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir Desert Eagle | Directive is 0.06–1; Factory New takes the 0.06–0.07 segment (1% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir Desert Eagle | Directive belongs to The Gamma 2 Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Gamma 2 Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Teal, blue, silver and black stickers blend with the cold palette of the slide. A single red or holographic accent can echo the small red detail near the rear sight. Placements on the flat area of the slide keep the ribbed panels readable.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the float position within the chosen grade, since copies near the cleaner end keep sharper slide edges.
• Look at the muzzle and the slide edges, as they lose coating first.
• Look at the teal panels on worn copies to see how even the colour still is.
• Check applied stickers and any name tag so they match your taste.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the cleanest version of the finish.
• Sticker crafters who need sharp teal panels as a base.
• The choice for a pristine, crisp Directive.
