Skin overview
Battle-Scarred Naga leans fully into the relic aesthetic: the slide is heavily scratched and the engraving loses much of its contrast. The silhouette of the wooden grips and the engraved metal keeps it readable as the same skin. It suits players who like a battered, antique-looking pistol.
Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The slide and barrel are finished in aged silver-grey metal, with an ornate engraving of a serpentine creature and scrollwork running along the top half of the slide. Below it, the factory lettering is engraved into the side of the slide, and a smaller decorative engraving sits near the rear sight.
Most metal surfaces are covered with scratches, and the engraving on the slide becomes faint in places. The muzzle, slide edges and frame show the heaviest damage. The wooden grips keep their colour and still anchor the design. In game the pistol reads as a battered relic rather than a decorated piece.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–1
The whole float range of Souvenir Desert Eagle | Naga is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir Desert Eagle | Naga belongs to The Chroma Collection, which holds 14 skins.
It drops from Chroma Case (on sale since Jan 8, 2015).
What it costs in each quality
By price this skin is 2nd of 6 skins Restricted Desert Eagle in this quality (the first being the dearest).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Gold, brown and muted metallic stickers match the aged silver and wooden grips best. Placing them on the lower part of the slide or the frame keeps the serpent engraving visible.
What to look at before you buy
- Look at the float position within the wear grade, since the slide edges and engraving show the difference first.
- Inspect the serpent engraving on the slide to see how much contrast it keeps on this copy.
- Check applied stickers, as they cover part of the slide or frame where the engraving sits.
- Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir and whether it has a name tag.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Players who enjoy a heavily battered relic style.
- The lowest-cost way to own Naga.
- Suits those who value character over cleanliness.
