Show allAllSkin overview
High Seas combines ornate engraving with practical-looking brass hardware, so the rifle resembles a decorated ship's instrument. In Field-Tested the brass begins to chip on the muzzle, scope caps and magazine edges, which fits the weathered maritime theme. The receiver scrollwork and teal details stay clearly readable.
Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The receiver carries a silver-grey panel with engraved wave-like scrollwork, framed by brass trim along the top and around the magazine well. The handguard and scope tube are covered in a dark woven texture, the muzzle device is teal, and the front sight ring, scope end caps and mount are brass.
Chips become visible on the muzzle device, the scope end caps and the lower edge of the magazine, and the top edge of the receiver starts to lose paint. The woven texture on the handguard shows small light spots. In game the rifle still reads as brass and teal with the engraved panel visible. The grip and the centre of the receiver panel mostly stay clean.
Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38
The float of Souvenir G3SG1 | High Seas ranges from 0 to 0.7; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 33% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Horizon Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from Horizon Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Gold, brass-toned and teal stickers blend with the fittings and muzzle, while dark navy or black designs sit well against the woven handguard. Placements on the receiver below the scope or on the stock keep the engraved panel visible; bright neon colours tend to clash with the warm palette.
What to look at before you buy
- Check the float position within the grade, since lower floats keep the muzzle and scope caps cleaner.
- Inspect the muzzle device, scope end caps and magazine edges, as these lose paint first.
- Look at applied stickers and any name tag, because they change how the receiver and stock read.
- Decide whether you want a regular, StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy, as they are listed separately.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who like light chipping that suits the maritime theme.
- Buyers looking for a low-float copy with clean scope caps.
- A practical everyday pick for the G3SG1.
