Skin overview

Under the olive paint and scribbled slogans, this rifle shows a lot of bare metal in Well-Worn condition. The silencer lettering and the magazine markings begin to break up, while the general green-and-white theme still holds together. It suits buyers who want a rough, used-looking M4A1-S.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The whole rifle is painted a dull olive drab with darker brownish shading that gives it a dirty, hand-finished feel. The long silencer carries a large handwritten word in pale paint, and the receiver side shows a line of scribbled lettering near the ejection area.

Bare metal is clearly visible on the silencer, the front sight, the carry handle and around the magazine. The silencer word and magazine markings lose noticeable parts, and the handguard looks rubbed down. In game the rifle reads as heavily used, though the olive and white theme is still recognisable. The peace symbol and the receiver side keep most of their paint.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The float of Souvenir M4A1-S | Flashback ranges from 0 to 1; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 7% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Glove Collection with 17 skins in total.

It drops from Glove Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Muted stickers in olive, khaki, brown or off-white match the field paint and handwritten style best. Placing them on the receiver side away from the existing lettering keeps the graffiti readable, while bright neon stickers tend to clash with the dull palette.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, as the silencer lettering degrades first and it is the most visible part in first person.
  • Look at the peace symbol and the magazine markings on the inspect screen to make sure they are still readable on worn copies.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, since they change the look of an already busy design.
  • Look at the carry handle, front sight and magazine edges, where the paint breaks up first.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Players who want a rough, battered M4A1-S with the theme still recognisable.
  • Budget buyers who still want most of the graffiti visible.
  • Conclusion: a cheaper option for those who like a heavily used look.
