Show allAllSkin overview
M4A1-S | Night Terror is recognised by its stained red-on-black surface and the scattered writing on the magazine. A Well-Worn copy shows clear chipping on the silencer and raised parts, yet the dark base keeps the rifle from looking faded, and the overall red tone still comes through.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The finish puts a dark maroon base over the whole rifle, sinking toward near-black in the shadows, with brighter red patches across the receiver, stock and magazine. Scrawled writing and loose marks run over the surface and are most visible on the magazine, where pale tan lines stand out against the deep red.
The silencer shows clear chipping along its length, and the rear sight, top of the receiver and handguard ridges have worn patches. The writing on the magazine becomes patchy and the red blotches look duller. In game the wear is noticeable on the front of the rifle, while the stock and the flat sides of the receiver still hold most of their colour.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir M4A1-S | Night Terror is 0–0.7; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (10% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir M4A1-S | Night Terror belongs to The Dreams & Nightmares Collection, which holds 17 skins.
It drops from Dreams & Nightmares Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Dark red, black and muted gold stickers blend with the stained finish, and cream or pale tan designs echo the scrawls on the magazine. Placements along the side of the receiver work best, while bright neon or light blue stickers tend to break the dark mood.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies close to the cleaner border keep the silencer tip and magazine corners noticeably better.
- Look at the magazine on inspect, because the pale scrawls there are the most recognisable detail and lose sharpness first.
- Check the silencer and the top of the receiver, as these are the first places where chipping shows in first person.
- Look at any applied stickers and name tag, since they can either suit or clash with the dark red artwork.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget-minded players who want the design with visible but not heavy wear.
- Fans of a used, gritty look on a dark finish.
- A practical way to own the skin for everyday play.
