Show allAllSkin overview
This M4A4 finish relies on large tan blocks over a dark rifle, so wear changes its balance noticeably. In Well-Worn much of the sand colour on raised parts is gone and the rifle reads darker overall. The design stays recognisable mostly by the larger tan areas on the grip and stock.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The base of the rifle is dark graphite and black, with tan used as the accent colour. The ribbed handguard is largely sand-coloured with dark breaks, and the barrel carries a tan section near the front sight.
Much of the tan on the handguard and magazine is worn through, and scratches spread over the receiver edges and the stock. The grip begins to lose paint on its outer surface. In game the rifle reads darker and the sand accents look patchy. The flat central areas of the stock and grip still keep some colour.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir M4A4 | Desert-Strike ranges from 0 to 0.7; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 10% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Huntsman Collection with 20 skins in total.
It drops from Huntsman Weapon Case (on sale since Jun 11, 2014).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in tan, gold, brown or black blend with the desert palette of the finish. Placing them on the dark receiver gives better contrast than on the busy handguard.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the top of a grade look noticeably cleaner.
- Inspect the handguard ribs and magazine edges, as the tan paint wears there first.
- Look at the grip and stock to see how much of the larger tan areas remains.
- Check applied stickers and the name tag, since they change how the rifle looks and may not suit every buyer.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who want a Covert M4A4 in their inventory.
- Players who prefer a darker, more muted version of the design.
- An affordable entry with a visibly worn character.
