Show allAllSkin overview
Disco Tech pairs a holographic yellow-pink paint with dark stripes on the boxy SMG frame. In Battle-Scarred the vinyl effect looks heavily peeled, with large areas of dark metal showing through on the receiver and grip. The neon colours survive mainly on the flatter central surfaces, which gives a rough, worn-in version of the design.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The receiver is covered in a yellow-orange holographic gradient that shifts to pink and magenta at the rear, with two long black stripes along the side, a diagonal black band near the back and a small line of printed text. The grip continues the scheme in pink, purple and orange with an iridescent sheen, while its textured centre panel stays dark.
Large areas of the finish are worn away on the receiver edges, the top of the frame and much of the grip. The stripes and text are broken up, and the holographic sheen survives only in patches. In game the dark metal noticeably mixes with the colours. The flat centre of the receiver keeps the most paint.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1
The whole float range of Souvenir MAC-10 | Disco Tech is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir MAC-10 | Disco Tech belongs to The Prisma 2 Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is Prisma 2 Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Holographic and foil stickers in pink, purple, gold or orange blend with the iridescent finish. Black or dark stickers echo the stripes and work well along the receiver side without breaking the gradient.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a lower value keeps the receiver edges and grip cleaner.
- Inspect the receiver corners and grip edges, as these lose the holographic paint first.
- Look at the black stripes and printed text on the receiver side to judge how intact the design is.
- Note any stickers or name tag already applied, and whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Players on the tightest budget who still want the neon scheme.
- Fans of a rough, heavily worn style on colourful skins.
- The cheapest entry, with the design noticeably broken up.
