Show allAllSkin overview
Disco Tech is recognised by its yellow-to-pink holographic body and the dark stripes running along the receiver. In Field-Tested the colours still dominate the model, while scuffs appear along the edges and corners of the painted parts. From a normal in-game view the weapon still reads as a bright neon MAC-10.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The receiver is covered in a yellow-orange holographic gradient that shifts to pink and magenta at the rear, with two long black stripes along the side, a diagonal black band near the back and a small line of printed text. The grip continues the scheme in pink, purple and orange with an iridescent sheen, while its textured centre panel stays dark.
Wear spreads along the receiver edges, the top of the frame and the edges of the grip, showing small areas of dark metal. The black stripes may get slightly scuffed at their ends. In game the neon gradient still reads clearly. The centre of the receiver side and the grip face stay mostly clean.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Souvenir MAC-10 | Disco Tech is 0–1; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (23% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir MAC-10 | Disco Tech belongs to The Prisma 2 Collection, which holds 17 skins.
It drops from Prisma 2 Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Holographic and foil stickers in pink, purple, gold or orange blend with the iridescent finish. Black or dark stickers echo the stripes and work well along the receiver side without breaking the gradient.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a lower value keeps the receiver edges and grip cleaner.
- Inspect the receiver corners and grip edges, as these lose the holographic paint first.
- Look at the black stripes and printed text on the receiver side to judge how intact the design is.
- Note any stickers or name tag already applied, and whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who want the neon look in matches and do not inspect the model closely.
- Buyers who prefer low-float Field-Tested copies with mostly clean surfaces.
- A practical option for everyday play.
