Skin overview

The skin is built on a warm neon gradient with black racing-style stripes and a small printed line of text on the receiver side. In Minimal Wear the holographic look stays practically intact, with only faint marks that are hard to spot outside close inspection. It is a way to get the clean appearance of the finish at a step below the top grade.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver is covered in a yellow-orange holographic gradient that shifts to pink and magenta at the rear, with two long black stripes along the side, a diagonal black band near the back and a small line of printed text. The grip continues the scheme in pink, purple and orange with an iridescent sheen, while its textured centre panel stays dark.

Tiny scuffs may appear on the sharpest edges of the receiver and the front corner of the frame. The gradient, stripes and printed text remain intact. At normal in-game distance the skin looks the same as a Factory New copy. Marks become visible only when inspecting up close.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir MAC-10 | Disco Tech is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir MAC-10 | Disco Tech belongs to The Prisma 2 Collection, which holds 17 skins.

The source is Prisma 2 Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Holographic and foil stickers in pink, purple, gold or orange blend with the iridescent finish. Black or dark stickers echo the stripes and work well along the receiver side without breaking the gradient.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a lower value keeps the receiver edges and grip cleaner.
  • Inspect the receiver corners and grip edges, as these lose the holographic paint first.
  • Look at the black stripes and printed text on the receiver side to judge how intact the design is.
  • Note any stickers or name tag already applied, and whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want a near-perfect look and accept marks visible only up close.
  • Crafters looking for a clean-looking base below the top grade.
  • A sensible balance between appearance and cost.
