Show allAllSkin overview
Gold Leaf is a quiet hydrographic camo, and in Well-Worn it takes on a used, field-weathered character. Bare metal shows through on the magazine, grip and receiver edges, breaking up the green and gold patches. The overall colour scheme is still clear at normal play distance.
Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The receiver, magazine, pistol grip and stock end are covered with irregular camo patches in sage green, olive, rusty brown and gold. The front section of the suppressor carries the same brown and gold camo, while the long ribbed suppressor sleeve stays in a plain grey-green tone.
Large worn areas show metal on the magazine, the grip sides and the receiver edges, and the suppressor front is noticeably scuffed. The camo remains on the central flat parts of the receiver and stock. In game the weapon looks clearly used but keeps its green and gold scheme.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir MP5-SD | Gold Leaf is 0–0.6; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (12% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Boreal Collection with 29 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in gold, olive, brown or muted green blend well with the camo on the receiver. Matte or holographic gold accents echo the gold patches, while bright saturated colours tend to clash with the earthy scheme.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since edges of the magazine and the muzzle show the difference first.
- Look at the magazine and the suppressor front on the inspect screen, as these parts lose the camo earliest.
- The hydrographic camo shifts from copy to copy, so compare the placement of gold patches on the receiver if that matters to you.
- Check applied stickers and a name tag, as they change how the clean receiver area looks.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who prefer a weathered, field-used finish.
- Budget buyers who still want the green and gold scheme visible.
- A good fit for a rugged look at lower cost.
