Souvenir Nova | Ranger (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

The Ranger finish pairs dark green camouflage strokes with pale contour-line decals and a dark barrel, giving the Nova a field-gear look. In Minimal Wear the scheme stays almost identical to a fresh copy, with only small marks on edges that are hard to spot without inspecting the model. It gives practically the same look in game for a smaller outlay than Factory New.

Item type: shotgun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver, pump and stock are painted in a brush-stroke hydrographic of deep green, olive and lighter sage tones, with strokes running along the length of the gun. Heat-transfer decals of thin tan contour lines curve across the pump and the stock, resembling the lines of a topographic map.

Tiny scuffs may appear at the muzzle and on the sharpest edges of the pump. The contour decals remain complete and the green strokes keep their contrast. At normal distance in game it is very hard to tell apart from Factory New. The stock and receiver sides stay clean.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in olive, khaki, brown or muted gold blend with the camouflage and tan line decals. Holo or bright green accents placed on the receiver side work as a single contrast point without breaking the field look.

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the barrel and pump edges show the difference first.
• Inspect the contour line decals on the pump and stock, as broken lines are the clearest sign of wear on this skin.
• Look at the muzzle and top of the barrel in the inspect view, because these are the first spots to lose paint.
