Nova | Toy Soldier paints the whole shotgun in the bright, even green of a plastic toy soldier. A star in a circle on the stock and a small label plate on the receiver add to the mould-made look. In Factory New the glossy green has no breaks, so the toy effect is at its cleanest.
Item type: shotgun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Factory New
The entire Nova is covered in a saturated toy-soldier green, from the barrel and magazine tube to the receiver and stock, with lighter highlights that give it a glossy moulded-plastic feel. The ribbed pump grip and fine lines on the stock imitate the texture of a cheap plastic casting.
The green coat is intact on every part, including the muzzle and pump ribs. Highlights on the barrel and receiver keep their full gloss. In game the shotgun looks like a freshly unpacked toy. The label plate and star emblem are crisp.
Factory New wear: float 0–0.07
The whole float range of Souvenir Nova | Toy Soldier is 0–1; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (7% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir Nova | Toy Soldier belongs to The Horizon Collection, which holds 17 skins.
It drops from Horizon Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Military and toy-themed stickers in olive, khaki or the same bright green keep the plastic-army look together. Small accents in cream or black on the receiver echo the label plate without overpowering the single colour.
What to look at before you buy
- Look at where the float sits within the wear grade, since the chipping on this plain green finish grows steadily and is easy to spot.
- Check the muzzle, pump ribs and stock edges on the inspect screen, as these parts lose paint first.
- Make sure the star on the stock is still clear if the emblem matters to you.
- Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries stickers or a name tag you actually want.
Who the Factory New quality suits
- Collectors who want the toy green with full gloss and no marks.
- Sticker crafters who need a clean, uniform base.
- The choice for those who want the theme exactly as designed.
