Skin overview

P2000 | Handgun is recognised by its cyan slide, the BOOM ! lettering and the cartoon hand drawn around the grip. Battle-Scarred strips much of this paint down to metal, leaving the drawing in fragments and the slide heavily scuffed. It suits a buyer who wants the motif at the lowest grade and does not mind a rough look.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The front of the slide is bright cyan with white highlights, and the white comic lettering BOOM ! sits above a painted brass cartridge, while the rear of the slide turns dark navy. A cream hand with dark outlines is drawn across the frame and grip, its fingers curling around the handle as if holding the pistol.

The slide is heavily stripped, with much of the cyan and the BOOM ! lettering broken into fragments over bare metal. The hand drawing survives only in patches on the frame and grip. In game the pistol reads mostly as grey metal with traces of cyan and cream. Only parts of the frame centre still show clean paint.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1

The whole float range of Souvenir P2000 | Handgun is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

It drops from Falchion Case (on sale since Apr 15, 2015).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Cyan, white or navy stickers placed on the slide continue the colour scheme without covering the BOOM ! lettering. Comic-style or cartoon stickers fit the drawn hand and the gag of the finish.
