Skin overview

The P2000 | Obsidian pairs a bright red, wave-like pattern with a dark metallic front end, so the slide seems to cool from black glass into hot lava. Minimal Wear keeps that gradient intact, and any small marks sit on edges that are hard to spot at a normal viewing angle. It gives nearly the same look as the cleanest grade while usually asking less of the buyer.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The slide carries a gradient from bare grey steel and black streaks at the muzzle to vivid red at the rear, covered in flowing, ripple-like stripes. The frame has a dark horizontal band under the slide, while the trigger guard and trigger are painted red.

Light marks can appear on the top edges of the slide and around the muzzle, usually as small specks. The red pattern on the side of the slide and on the grip stays untouched. At normal in-game distance it looks practically the same as Factory New. The trigger guard and frame band remain clean.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, black, gold or holographic red stickers fit the lava theme and blend with the slide gradient. Placing them on the darker front of the slide keeps the bright red ripples at the rear visible.
