Skin overview

This finish turns the SCAR-20 into a desert-toned rifle with orange highlights, a simple scheme that ages into a used, field-equipment look. In Well-Worn the scuffs spread from the edges onto the handguard and receiver, and the orange grip shows visible rubbing. Buyers who like a weathered rifle will find the wear fits the utilitarian colours.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The receiver, handguard rail and magazine are painted in a uniform sandy tan, while the barrel and muzzle brake stay dark steel. Orange accents mark the pistol grip, the stock butt plate and cheek parts, the scope rings and small controls along the receiver.

Wear spreads from the edges onto the handguard and receiver surfaces, leaving scattered patches of bare metal. The magazine and orange grip show clear rubbing, and the scope rings lose colour at the corners. In game the tan looks broken and uneven up close, though still recognisable from a distance. Only the larger flat areas of the stock and receiver keep mostly solid paint.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir SCAR-20 | Short Ochre is 0–0.747; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (9% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Radiant Collection with 28 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Orange, gold, brown and black stickers blend with the tan and orange scheme for a matching craft. Placements on the handguard and receiver sides sit on the large flat tan areas and read clearly. A single dark or white sticker can add contrast without breaking the calm palette.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since on a solid colour finish the amount of exposed metal is the only real difference between copies.
  • Look at the rail ridges, magazine edges and muzzle end of the handguard, as these parts chip first.
  • Inspect the orange grip and stock plates, because scuffs on them break up the two-tone look.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the plain finish reads.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Budget buyers who want the SCAR-20 out of its default look.
  • Fans of weathered, field-equipment style finishes.
  • A cheap choice for those who accept clearly visible wear.
