Skin overview

This SSG 08 carries an ocean-themed hydrographic in navy and cyan, set against a black barrel and grey furniture. Well-Worn copies lose a clear share of paint on the scope, handguard and receiver edges, so the blue looks broken up and faded. The theme stays readable, but the rifle looks rough rather than deep.

Item type: sniper rifle. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The hydrographic covers the scope, receiver, handguard and stock frame in dark navy and teal with irregular cyan streaks, like light under the water surface. The barrel is left dark grey, the muzzle brake is a lighter grey and the bipod stays black.

Large parts of the scope have lost paint, and wear spreads from the receiver edges onto its sides and along the handguard. The stock frame corners are scuffed as well. In game the blue looks patchy and faded. Only the flat central areas keep the pattern clearly.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
