Skin overview

SSG 08 | Dezastre is a high-tech finish in black, white and red, with a blocky light pattern on the receiver and stock set against a dark barrel and red accents. In Factory New the pale blocks have sharp edges and the red rings near the muzzle and on the handguard look freshly painted. This is the grade where the contrast between the light tech panels and the dark steel is at its cleanest.

Item type: sniper rifle. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The long barrel and handguard are dark grey to black, with a red ring behind the muzzle brake and a red detail at the front of the handguard. The receiver and the area around the trigger carry a pale grey and white pattern of rectangular blocks that gives the high-tech look.

The finish is complete on every part: the light blocks on the receiver and stock have crisp borders. The red ring at the muzzle and the red handguard detail are bright and even. In game the rifle looks clean at any distance, and nothing on the barrel or stock shows wear.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir SSG 08 | Dezastre is 0–1; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (7% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
