Skin overview

This grade keeps the grayscale smoke pattern almost intact, with only small marks that are hard to spot outside close inspection. On a finish without strong colour contrast those marks blend into the swirls. It costs less than the cleanest copies and gives up very little in looks.

Item type: sniper rifle. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The hydrographic smoke pattern covers the handguard, receiver, stock and pistol grip in swirling grey, black and pale tones. The barrel, muzzle brake, scope and bipod stay dark metal, framing the patterned parts.

Tiny marks may appear on the sharpest edges of the handguard and stock. They are small and mostly hidden by the uneven grey pattern. At normal distance the rifle looks the same as a Factory New copy. The receiver and the flat surfaces stay clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The monochrome finish works with black, white and silver stickers for a uniform look. A single bright sticker on the handguard or receiver makes a strong accent against the grey.
