Skin overview

Rapid Transit pairs a light cream base with a dark barrel and stock, and the thin transit lines connect the two halves of the rifle visually. In Field-Tested the light paint starts to show darker scuffs on edges, which gives the map motif a used, everyday look rather than a showroom one.

Item type: sniper rifle. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver, handguard and pistol grip are painted in an off-white, slightly warm base, with thin parallel lines in red, orange, yellow, blue and green running lengthwise like routes on a metro map. Small station-style markings and line breaks sit along the receiver and the lower part of the frame.

Dark scuffs show on the handguard edges, the front of the receiver and the lower part of the grip, contrasting with the light paint. Some thin lines get small gaps where the paint has worn through. The middle of the receiver and most of the line pattern remain clean, so in game the rifle still reads as light with a clear map motif.
