Skin overview

This SSG 08 finish places small yellow flowers over dark teal, with the scope painted in matching yellow. In Well-Worn the scratches become a visible part of the look, especially on the handguard and receiver edges. The floral motif remains clear across the larger flat panels.

Item type: sniper rifle. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The handguard, receiver, pistol grip and cheek rest are covered in a dark teal hydrographic base with small yellow flowers and darker rosette shapes. The scope is painted bright yellow with dark round blossoms, making it the brightest part of the rifle.

Metal shows clearly on the handguard edges, receiver top, scope tube and grip, and the cheek rest begins to scratch. Some flowers near the edges are partly erased. At normal distance the rifle still reads as teal and yellow, but the wear is visible on the handguard. The central side panels keep the pattern best.

Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir SSG 08 | Sea Calico is 0–0.5; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (14% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The St. Marc Collection with 18 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, yellow and dark green stickers continue the colour scheme naturally. Placement on the teal receiver panel keeps them close to the floral print without covering the bright scope.
