Show allAllSkin overview
This is the AUG in a green spot camo with a black barrel, black optics and the standard brown magazine. Well-Worn copies show clear paint loss on edges and protruding parts, giving the rifle a field-used look. The camo itself still covers most of the body and stays recognisable.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The hydrographic flecktarn covers the main polymer body, the stock, the pistol grip area and the vertical foregrip: a light green base with darker green blotches, small reddish-brown dots and black specks. The barrel, the top rail, the scope and the receiver hardware stay black and unpainted.
Edges and grips show wide worn zones, and scratches cover larger parts of the body. The green looks duller where the print is thinned. In game the rifle has a clearly used look but stays recognisable as green camo. Some of the central surfaces still hold the pattern well.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of AUG | Commando Company is 0–0.65; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (11% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Boreal Collection with 29 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
By price this skin is 7th of 9 skins Consumer Grade AUG in this quality (the first being the dearest).
Souvenir version
There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Green, olive, brown and black stickers match the flecktarn and keep a military look. Placing them on the body ahead of the magazine keeps them visible against the camo. Bright contrasting stickers work if you want them to stand out from the busy pattern.
What to check before buying
- Check the float position within the wear grade, since edge wear on the stock and foregrip grows noticeably toward the dirty end.
- The pattern placement changes only slightly between copies and rarely affects value.
- Souvenir copies exist, so check whether the copy you want is Souvenir or regular.
- Look at applied stickers and a name tag, as they change the look of the plain camo.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who like a used, field-worn military look.
- Budget buyers who want the camo for the lowest outlay.
- Conclusion: a cheap option that fits the theme.
