AK-47 | Red Laminate keeps the rifle's dark metal and replaces the wooden furniture with bright red laminate cut through by black growth-ring lines. In Factory New the red is saturated and the black contours are sharp, so the swirls on the stock and handguard read cleanly even at a glance. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the pattern exactly as designed.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver, barrel, gas tube, front sight and the curved magazine keep a plain dark gunmetal finish with no pattern. All the colour sits on the furniture: the upper and lower handguard, the pistol grip and the stock are covered in bright red laminate with black concentric rings and wavy lines, like layers of cut plywood.

Factory New copies show the red laminate fully intact on the stock, grip and handguard, with crisp black ring lines. The metal parts and magazine are clean and even in tone. In game the furniture looks bright and glossy from the first-person view. Since the float range starts just below the Factory New limit, every copy sits in a narrow band and looks practically identical.
